Privacy Policy
How Traffelo AI Inc. handles personal data across its website and sovereign deployment infrastructure.
Who we are
Traffelo AI Inc. operates traffelo.ai and provides sovereign data orchestration infrastructure to enterprise customers. For any privacy request, contact privacy@traffelo.ai.
What we collect on this website
When you submit an executive briefing request or request the CISO governance whitepaper, we collect the name, business email, company, executive role, regional deployment interest, and any message you provide.
We collect strictly necessary cookies to remember your language and theme preference. Optional analytics are loaded only after you consent, and are provided by Google Analytics — if you accept, Google receives your IP address (truncated), the pages you view and basic device information, and processes them on Google infrastructure outside Traffelo AI’s own perimeter. Choosing "Necessary only" loads nothing from Google.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange an architectural briefing, and to send you the material you requested. We rely on legitimate interest for business-to-business contact and on consent for optional analytics.
Customer data inside the platform
Traffelo AI's platform is designed so that raw personal data never leaves the customer's security perimeter. Personal identifiers are detected, scrubbed, and tokenised at the local sovereign edge node before any payload is routed to external inference infrastructure.
Where Traffelo AI acts as a processor for an enterprise customer, processing is governed by the data processing agreement executed with that customer.
Retention
Website enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
Your rights
Under KVKK, GDPR, and applicable regional law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to privacy@traffelo.ai and we will respond within the statutory period.
International transfers
Website enquiry data is stored in our regional infrastructure. Where transfer outside your region is necessary, it is covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.
