For personal data collected through traffelo.ai, the data controller is Traffelo AI Inc. Contact: privacy@traffelo.ai.
Purpose and legal basis
Personal data submitted through the briefing and whitepaper forms is processed to respond to commercial enquiries, on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 5/2(f) KVKK and, for optional analytics, on the basis of explicit consent.
Data residency
Traffelo AI's architecture is built so that raw personal data processed by the platform remains inside the customer's in-country security perimeter. Local sovereign edge nodes perform detection, scrubbing, and tokenisation before any payload leaves that boundary.
VERBIS
Traffelo AI maintains its registration position with the Turkish Data Controllers Registry Information System (VERBIS) in line with its processing activities in Türkiye.
Regional mandates
The platform is designed against KVKK (Türkiye), GDPR and the EU AI Act (European Union), and PDPL (UAE and wider GCC). Deployment-specific compliance positions are documented in the governance whitepaper available on request.
Applications under Article 11
Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 KVKK by written application to Traffelo AI Inc. at privacy@traffelo.ai. Applications are answered within thirty days.
