1What you are agreeing to
Accessing the site binds you to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Access is for enterprise and commercial users only, and you confirm you are not located in, organized under, or a resident of an embargoed or sanctioned jurisdiction.

2Figures on this site are projections, not promises
Architecture diagrams, documentation, whitepapers and case studies are informational. Performance metrics — including the sub-5ms latency claim, ROI calculators and throughput figures — are modeled projections from standardized benchmark workloads in controlled edge environments. They are not a warranty, an SLA, or a guarantee of real-world performance, and nothing on this site amends an executed MSA, DPA or custom SLA.

3Evaluation access and sandboxes
Evaluation access is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license, provided AS-IS and with all faults. Do not upload real production datasets, live customer records, or PII to a sandbox. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your keys and tokens, and automated filters may inspect API traffic for PII violations.

4What belongs to whom
The site, its source code, architecture, designs, benchmarks, trade secrets and marks belong to Traffelo AI Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, mirror, reverse engineer, scrape, or strip notices from it — and outputs from Evaluation Services may not be used to train, fine-tune, distill or validate a competing model, dataset or routing platform.

5Things you must not do
No unauthorized access to the site, tenant environments or server infrastructure; no malicious code; and no using the sandbox APIs to build or benchmark a competing platform. Probing, scanning or vulnerability testing is authorized only under the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure policy — research outside it is treated as an unauthorized breach.

6The liability position
Indirect and consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent the law allows, and total aggregate liability for site access is capped at USD 100 or what you paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is less. That cap does not touch gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

7Indemnity
You defend and indemnify Traffelo AI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of evaluation sandboxes or API keys, or your infringement of third-party IP or privacy rights. Indemnified claims are not to be settled without our written consent.

8Governing law and disputes
Production deployments are governed by the executed MSA and DPA, not by this page. For site access, Delaware law applies. Enterprise users outside the United States go to binding ICC or DIFC-LCIA arbitration, seated in London — Dubai for GCC entities — conducted in English, with an award enforceable across borders.

9Changes and legal notices
